Leo Processing serves primarily as a business-to-business (B2B) provider. When we provide payment processing services to our Merchant Clients, we act primarily as a Service Provider or Processor on their behalf. When we collect information from website visitors, prospective clients, or current client representatives, we act as a Controller of that information.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you or your business ("Personal Information").
A. Information You Provide Directly to Us
This information is collected when you sign up for an account, apply for merchant services, contact us, or subscribe to marketing.

We do not control how your Merchant Client uses this data.

- Legal & Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal processes, protect and defend the rights or property of Leo Processing, or act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your Personal Information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not "sell" Personal Information in the traditional sense. However, under California law (CCPA/CPRA), sharing data for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing." We provide the right to opt-out below.

- We are certified as a PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliant service provider, the highest level of security available in the payment card industry.
However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA)
Our Services are designed for businesses and are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
